Terms of Service

1. The service

InterviewGym provides AI-generated mock interviews and automated feedback for practice purposes. Interviews are conducted by AI, not real interviewers, and feedback is automated coaching — not professional, legal, or career advice.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity under your account.

3. Payments & sessions

• Sessions cost $4.99 each, charged per session through Polar. There is no subscription.
• Digital content: each session is a digital service delivered immediately. By starting a session you consent to immediate delivery; the EU statutory 14-day withdrawal right is thereby waived for that session.
• If a session fails for technical reasons before completing, your session credit is refunded automatically.
• Refunds: request one within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund any unused session in full (the credit is revoked). Sessions you have already used are non-refundable, except for technical failures refunded automatically as above.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to disrupt it, scrape it, reverse engineer the AI interviewers, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you provide (CV, answers). You grant us the limited license needed to process it — transcribe answers, generate feedback — for the service to function. We don't sell your data or use it to train third-party models.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee interview outcomes or hiring results.
